Free Guide: How to Travel Full-Time in a Financially Sustainable Way

by Nora Dunn on November 8, 2012

Traveling the World

You’ve probably noticed my newly redesigned website (you like?), and you’ve read my recent announcement of a shift in my travel style.

I’ve concurrently been working hard on a comprehensive 5-part guide that gives you the tools you need to travel full-time in a financially sustainable way! It shows you how to travel on the cheap (without sacrificing style) with creative Accommodation and Transportation strategies, gives you ideas and tools for Working on the Road, helps you Sell Everything, and addresses the wide arena of the Finance of full-time travel.

With six years of full-time financially-sustainable travel under my belt, sometimes I forget how much I’ve learned along the way. But with reader feedback and a regular flow of questions about the mechanics of full-time travel coming to my inbox, I realized I needed to share more of what I know.

So here it is.

And it’s free.

Whether you’re a recent graduate looking to gain some travel experience, or you have an established career and lifestyle that you’d like to redesign around travel, this guide is for you.

The tips are practical and executable, and the series is interspersed with personal anecdotes and observations that can help you gain a better sense of what to expect from the full-time travel lifestyle.

There’s a lot of information in this series, which is why I broke it into 5 parts. Each component has so much information for you to read and consider, that you can’t absorb it all in one go. So you’ll have a few days between instalments to learn, research, and exhaust each component. If you apply yourself to this series, you’ll come out of it with the experience and knowledge of a 6-year full-time traveler (me)!

Once the series is complete, I’ll keep you in the loop with regular updates (1-2 per month) with more tips, news, reviews, personal updates, and articles to keep your head in the financially sustainable travel game.

It Gets Sweeter

Radisson 50 years, 50 days, 50 roomsRadisson has pitched in a free night (standard room, double occupancy) for one lucky reader at any of their hotels in North America! This is part of their 50 Years, 50 Days, 50 Rooms promotion; they’re giving away a room every day for 50 days to celebrate their 50th anniversary.

Hint: You can follow along their promotion on Facebook, and enter on a different blog each day to increase your chances of winning!

A free night in Boston would be great (but I could also make use of one in Vancouver).
