Me - past the point of no return - bungee jumping in Rotorua, NZ

As you can see from the photo, I’ve been having more than a few adventures in Rotorua, after leaving the beautiful Mana Retreat. Soon I’m off to Wellington for a visit, before returning to Rotorua (I just can’t seem to leave this place!) to meet up with Adventure Aaron who will be in the area again. I’m also gearing up for my departure to Europe in a few weeks, researching and booking accommodation, and brushing up on my Spanish (Spain is my first stop). In the meantime, please enjoy my latest articles published around the web.

Bungee jumping…. That’s probably will remain as something I never do! So scary!!! Jumping over the waterfall at Waitomo river cave is already put my heart out of my body! Do you bungee jump a lot? What about sky dive?

Btw, I will be in NZ in a few days. Schedule is not fixed yet, but it will involve Wellington and South Island for 3 weeks total. Hope our paths are crossed!

@Dina – Looks like I’ll be in Wellington myself over the weekend! I’ll be staying with some friends over the weekend, but probably also a few days at Nomads (http://nomadshostels.com/hostels/new-zealand/wellington-nomads-capital)…

As for bungee jumping – yes, I’m accumulating a list of countries and jumps…3 countries so far, 5 different sites, and 8 jumps total. Including: North America’s highest jump, the world’s highest indoor jump, and the world’s highest bungee (at 250metres) in South Africa!

And yes – I have more than a few skydives under my belt too…almost 300 to be exact!

    ..thrill seeker, I am!

I’m jaw dropping reading your jump list!!! WOW!!!

I will be in Wellington the last week of our stay, I will be around South Island the first 1-2 week. As we are both quite mobile, I’ll keep you posted of where we are! It will be cool to see you :)
