Hot off the press, here’s the official trailer for the New Zealand episode of Alive, which we spent a week shooting in early March. As I get more news, I’ll be sure to pass it along.

Wow, congratulations to be featured on Alive. When is it going to be launched? I’m a big fan of NZ myself, was there for 3 weeks and need to come back there to explore more (especially the South Island that I didn’t have the time to visit)

@Dina – Thanks! The series launches in May and will air in the US, but I don’t have any more info on it than that at the current moment. I’ll keep you posted! As for NZ, I absolutely love it here, and I, too, already know I’ll be coming back.

Looks great! And what an inspiring guy that host is! (His intro was great.) Looking forward to seeing the episode! Especially as I miss New Zealand so much. Though when I lived there I picked apples and relaxed. I’m way too scardy to do any of the extreme adventures the country offers.

@Becky – Although I’m not picking apples, I’m back in New Zealand and working on the relaxation angle! (Work-trading at Mana Retreat: a little piece of paradise). NZ has so much to offer…relaxation, adrenaline, you name it!

@JoAnna – The trip was a full-on experience…we did more in 9 days than the average traveler could do comfortably in 3 months…but it was worth every minute!

@Anna – Thanks! It’s always strange to see yourself on camera (and I was a little drunk in that clip too!), but shooting the episode was awesome. And now having seen the whole show….it rocks!
